Years ago I had drawn a nude angel embracing a sword and my mother saw it. She got mad and said I shouldn't be drawing such things...I just looked at her and asked her what was so bad about it. It was such a pretty picture, and I hope to redraw it someday and make an even better version^^

I love art trades and drawing people random art (especially fanart and OC's)!!!
Yeah!!Exact! I think that the art is art, that it is a nude or not, is a form of art however, I don't understand because certain people don't want to understand it! Thx for the fav!

Prima o poi ti accorgerai di ciò che sei per me... Jacob....
I saw this while showing a friend some nude photography. I have a sudden interest to take a few B&W pictures of myself nude (nothing major. I'll probably cover certain bits with my hands or with a piece of cloth), because I want to show that not everyone is borned model-perfect (I'm not big or anything, in fact I'm quite skinny, but I was born that way. I also have a few surgical scars), and that as a woman I am not ashamed for how I look.
I do hate how people are so close-minded about the differences between pornography and nude photography. A long time ago in highschool some kid was trying to get me into trouble because I drew a naked female faerie. -_-
I will fav this. I feel like I need to.

Well some people put degrading or erotic artist comments when they upload their nude art, and the art usually has no value. That is porn disguised as nude art. True nude art has a meaning or is used as anatomy practice.
There are a lot of themes that run through the stock gallery many people have similar ideas but they pull them off in different ways. In this series of newsletters we will look at similar ideas but different outcomes.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
